WWW Wednesday | March 15

It has been a while since I have participated in WWW Wednesday, but as I am currently in the middle of my spring break (for college, the high school I work at sadly does not have a week break!), I figured this would be a great week to start back up again. I have always loved seeing what others are currently reading because 1) I’m nosy and 2) I love adding books to my to be read list.

Thank you to Sam @ Taking on a World of Words for hosting this weekly meme.

I am finally reading the Caraval series! One of my best friends recently read the series and told me I NEED to read the books immediately so I grabbed the first one of my shelf right away. As of right now, I am only about 50 pages in with no complaints yet!

The Unraveling of Cassidy Holmes was a pick from my TBR jar, which I created after realizing I had over 200 books on my physical TBR. I’m not going to lie, it took me some time to get into this one. I typically can read a book within a few days, but I’ve been reading this one for a couple of weeks. I was about to DNF the book but then I actually reached a point I was interested in and have enjoyed it since. I am currently 70% finished.

The Reading List is another book on my physical TBR, but I actually am listening to this one through my Libby app. When I first bought this book, I had NO idea what it was about. But hey, I am a sucker for books about books so I bought it anyways (do I have a problem?)! When I finally decided to listen to the audiobook, I STILL had no idea what the book was about but I was intrigued anyways. After having to adjust my expectations a little bit (this book is so much sadder than expected!!), I am actually loving it so far. I have been listening every chance I get.

In the past week, I have only finished one book, but it was a great one! If You Could See the Sun was a book that I read by chance. I was looking for a YA book on Libby to listen to, and this one happened to be available! I did not expect to relate to this book as much as I did. The writing was phenominal and the MC and love interest were definitely my favorite part of the story. It was an acedemic rival story that melted my heart. 5 stars

After finishing my current three books, I have a few different books in mind for upcoming reads. First, I would like to continue the Caraval trilogy. I already own the next two books, and I am someone who likes to complete a series right away! I also really need to start The Nightingale, a book that has been on my physical TBR for almost 5 years now! It is my book club’s read this month, but I have been intimidated by it’s large page count and the topic. I am not the biggest fan of reading WWII books because I have read so many in the past. My book club members have told me it was a quicker read than anticipated, so I need to just buckle up and open the book!

I would love to know what you are currently reading at this moment! Leave a comment below 🙂 Until next time, xx
